Prayer for Strength and Hope From Suicidal Thoughts

Heavenly Father, I come before You, burdened and weary, seeking Your comfort and peace. Your Word says, "Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved." (Psalm 55:22, KJV) Lord, I lay my pain, my fears, and my struggles at Your feet, trusting that You will sustain me.

Father, I rebuke every thought of despair and hopelessness. Your Word declares, "The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit." (Psalm 34:18, KJV) I know that You are near me, even in my darkest moments. Fill me with Your presence and remind me that I am never alone.

Lord, I ask for Your strength to overcome these thoughts. "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." (Philippians 4:13, KJV) Help me to see the value of my life through Your eyes and to trust in Your divine plan for me.

I declare that I am loved, cherished, and created for a purpose. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." (Jeremiah 29:11, KJV) Lord, remind me that my life has meaning and that You have a future filled with hope for me.

Father, I surrender my pain to You. "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." (1 Peter 5:7, KJV) I trust that You are carrying me through this storm and that Your love will sustain me.

Thank You, Lord, for Your mercy and grace. I choose to walk in faith, knowing that You are my refuge and strength.
