Heavenly Father,

I come before You today, feeling the weight of sorrow and burdens that have tried to steal my joy. But I know that You are my refuge, my comfort, and my source of everlasting joy. Your Word says in Psalm 30:5 (KJV), "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning." Lord, I hold onto this promise, believing that You will restore my joy and turn my mourning into dancing.

When my heart feels heavy, remind me that You are near. Psalm 34:18 (KJV) says, "The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit." Wrap me in Your love, Lord, and bring healing to my soul.

I ask that You fill me with Your joy and peace, even in the midst of trials. Nehemiah 8:10 (KJV) declares, "The joy of the Lord is your strength." Strengthen me, Lord, and let Your joy overflow in my heart.

Help me to cast my burdens upon You, knowing that You care for me. 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV) says, "Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you." I release every sorrow, every worry, and every pain into Your hands.

Thank You, Father, for restoring my joy, renewing my spirit, and filling me with hope. I declare that I will rejoice again, I will smile again, and I will walk in the fullness of Your joy.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
