A Prayer for Guidance

Heavenly Father,

I come before You today, seeking Your divine guidance in every area of my life. You are my rock, my refuge, and my source of wisdom. Your Word says in Proverbs 3:5-6 (KJV), "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." Lord, I surrender my plans, my thoughts, and my desires to You, asking that You lead me in the way I should go.

There are times when I feel uncertain, when decisions seem overwhelming, and when I don’t know which path to take. But I know that You see the bigger picture, and Your plans for me are good. Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV) says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." Help me to trust in Your timing, knowing that You are working all things for my good.

Lord, I ask for clarity in my thoughts, wisdom in my choices, and peace in my heart. Psalm 32:8 (KJV) says, "I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye." I hold onto this promise, believing that You will never leave me confused or lost.

Remove any distractions that keep me from hearing Your voice. Let Your Spirit lead me, and may I walk in obedience to Your will. Order my steps, open the right doors, and close the ones that are not meant for me.

Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing guidance. I trust You completely, knowing that You are leading me into purpose, victory, and blessings.
