A Prayer to Help Releive The Burdens I Carry

Heavenly Father, I come before You, weary and burdened, seeking Your peace and rest. Your Word says, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (Matthew 11:28-30)

Lord, I cast my burdens upon You, knowing that You will sustain me. "Cast your burden on the Lord, and He will sustain you; He will never permit the righteous to be moved." (Psalm 55:22) Strengthen me, Father, and help me to trust in Your unfailing love.

I surrender my anxieties and fears, for Your Word assures me: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7)

Lord, I believe You are doing a new thing in my life. Help me to let go of the past and embrace Your plans for me. "Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?" (Isaiah 43:18-19)

Thank You, Father, for carrying my burdens and renewing my spirit. I trust in Your grace and rest in Your presence.
