Our Father in Heaven,
I come before You with a heart full of humility, recognizing my deep need for Your mercy. Lord, You are a God of compassion, love, and righteousness. Your Word declares in Lamentations 3:22-23 (KJV) – "It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness."
Father, I ask for Your mercy to cover me—for the times I have fallen short, for the moments I have strayed, and for the struggles I carry within my heart. Forgive me, cleanse me, and restore me, that I may walk in Your righteousness.
Have mercy upon me, O Lord, and let Your grace shine upon my life. Psalm 86:5 (KJV) reminds me, "For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee." So today, I call upon You—let Your mercy transform me, let Your love strengthen me, and let Your presence surround me.
Lord, I pray not only for myself but for those who are struggling, hurting, and in need of Your unfailing kindness. Have mercy upon the brokenhearted, the weary, the lost, and those crying out for Your deliverance.
Thank You, Father, for Your endless mercy, Your unfailing love, and Your steadfast faithfulness. Help me to reflect that mercy to others, showing kindness, compassion, and grace as You have shown me.
In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray, Amen.
